How do I book

Simply fill out the form with your dates and I will get back to you with availability 

What is your deposit?

our standard deposit is 20%. This is non refundable. But we are aware sometimes plans change and dates need to be changed. Sunject to avavailbility you can change dates once free of charge and pay any difference in cost. This can be done anytime before final balance is due

When is the balance due

Balance is dues 12 weeks before and we can offer a variety of payment options.

Are you registered

Yes of course out licence number is DWE6318386. 

Whats included

i aim to provide a fully comprehensive cost. All taxes are included as well as cleaning fees. In colder months it will include pool heat and in summer BBQ usage

Is there anyone locally who can help me

yes my home is maintained locally by the team at whiterose villas, they are extremely experienced and always happy to help or provide conceirge services

Breakage insurance

Accidents happen and we are aware of this. at the time of booking you will be offered the choice of a (refundable) security deposit or a short term (non refundable) insurance to cover for accidents. I am not an insurance advisor but the policy is used by alot of rental owners and is low cost and takes the worry out of accidents.

Having been to florida over 100 times (i really am thsat obsessed) i am always happy to help you plan a holiday so you get the best out of your time and I can always suggest places you maynot have thought of before.
